Pine Hollow Inn offers you the finest amenities and warm hospitality. In addition, you always have the security of knowing that your reservation with us is guaranteed. However, the Inn reserves the right to change room/suite assignments providing the assigned accommodation is equal to or better than the first assigned accommodation.

On reservations of one or two nights or during holiday periods, a guarantee of the full amount is required. A guarantee of one half the amount is required on reservations for longer stays. For reservations of 4 or more nights, the balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with a credit card.

Our inn is minutes from Splish Splash Water Park, Southampton College and Stony Brook University. Many Long Island wineries and the Hamptons are within 30 minutes.
The inn is a short drive from the ocean, beaches, outlet shopping and the Long Island east end attraction.  business district. Manhattan and  the business district, entertainment and cultural attractions are about an hour away by car or the L.I.R.R.
